Is my data private?
Yes. AtlasMe works fully offline. Your maps, colored countries, city pins and notes are stored locally on your device and never leave it. No account is required.
Do I need an account to use AtlasMe?
No. There's no sign-up and no login — just open the app and start painting your world right away.
How do I paint a country?
On the map tab, tap any country to color it with your currently selected color. Tap again to change or clear it. You can pick colors from the palette bar at the bottom.
How do I add a city pin?
Long-press anywhere on the map to drop a pin, then give it a name, a color and an optional note. Your pins appear inside the folder they belong to.
Can I paint individual states or provinces?
Yes — for 35+ supported countries you can open the country detail view and paint sub-regions like states and provinces individually.
Where is my data stored? Can I back it up?
All data is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and is included in your encrypted iPhone/iCloud device backups. Deleting the app removes all of its data permanently.
How do the home screen widgets work?
Add the AtlasMe widget from your home screen to see your world map at a glance, plus a countdown to your next trip. Widgets refresh automatically.
